Either call us or preferably email us with your requirements and we will provide a quote. If you are unsure of what you want, call us to discuss options or to make an appointment to come and see us. We are happy to demonstrate equipment.

As part of our service we also offer advice on how to use the product safely and effectively. We will discuss the operation of the product, the view of the audience, security issues, solutions for dealing with bad weather, packing in and out, crew comfort, as well as offer you data sheets on these topics. If you need advice on the job, information is available evenings and weekends by phone.

We can also prepare special product for you, suggest places to use it to the best advantage, provide all the ancillary equipment such as cable mats, covers, extensions, and extra product should you decide to use it or return it unopened.

We give you consignment numbers so you may track the goods, as this is most effectively done from the consignee's end. We also give you a full delivery list so you can check the goods on arrival and, if on hire, for return.

If you have not dealt with us before we may ask for full payment up-front. Do not be offended by this, for it means our pricing structure is not increased by carrying bad debts. Should there be late deliveries or equipment failures attributable to our work, full or partial refunds are readily offered. We can provide written examples of our refund policy.
