Custom Pyrotechnics

If you want special fireworks that do not appear to be normally available, our company can make them for you.

Custom pyrotechnics fall into three categories.

Adaptation

The first is where we take a standard item and modify its case, or its trajectory, or some other easily modified aspect. This then must be tested thoroughly and we fire a minimum of five units before we are prepared to let them out of our factory. Delivery times on these can be quite short as we have excellent workshops and test facilities. A 50% deposit is required to ensure our attention.

New Pyro Design

The second category is where a completely new firework effect is wanted, and we build this specially for you. Costs here could vary from $1000, to $20,000 and upwards. Extensive testing will be necessary. So you must be clear at the outset that the effect is really wanted, the budget is available, and that no other off the shelf effect can be adapted to suit.

In this instance you may wish to secure rights over the firework effect, in that we will not supply this to other clients.

Industrial Pyrotechnics

The third category covers industrial and commercial pyrotechnic effects such as insecticide delivery, smoke production for ventilation testing, and pyrotechnic destructive devices for breaking structures. In this instance we may also produce the goods for you. This means you do not have the costs of maintaining a pyrotechnic production line. Alternatively we can supply the construction details to you at moderate cost, but taking percentage on your production figures. This second method gives you ongoing attention to ensure the quality of the product is maintained.
