Our Privacy Policy

In exchange for full access to our website, Firework Professionals Ltd. wishes to collect and store personal information on you. This information is confidential to selected Firework Professionals staff.

We promise never to knowingly disclose any personal information to third parties, and we will take reasonable precautions to keep the information secure.

However, if we are (i) Processing an application for Approved Handler status or (ii) an application for a Test Certificate on your behalf, we may forward such personal data as required by regulation to the authorities concerned.

Please note that it is now a condition of registration that we may send you occasional information updates via e-mail.

In accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993, we provide an URL (accessible when logged in) via which you may view the personal information which we hold on you.

This policy statement only applies to information gathered and stored on our web server. While we will comply with the requirements of the Privacy Act for information gathered offline, it may only be reviewed by contacting us directly with a request.
