Outdoor falls at Woodford Glen Raceway

Outdoor falls are a very beautiful and quiet firework. They are suspended on a rope as a long chain high in the air. They should be suspended at least five metres and preferably 30 metres high. When they are lit they pour silver fire down in a curtain, sometimes as much as a 50 metre drop.

On a flat venue, where the audience are standing quite deep, the falls must be suspended as high as possible, so that everyone gets a view.

They look fabulous over water provided the audience can all see the reflections.

If a fireworks sign is contemplated, falls provide a wonderful accessory as a fireworks sign can lose its impact after the first 20 seconds. So the sequence would be, sign, falls after 20 seconds, and then a background of bigger effects as the sign goes out drawing attention away from it as the sign burns out over five or 10 seconds.
